Private land, private sea access, and a horizon with nothing between you and the open Aegean.
A Stone Villa Floating Above the Aegean — Southern Serifos
Daisies is a stone villa on the southern flank of Serifos, built into the asymmetric rock in a way that makes it feel less like a building and more like a natural extension of the landscape. With three hectares of private land, direct access to the sea, and a 23m² swimming pool that frames an unbroken view of the Aegean islands, this is one of those rare properties where the setting is the experience.
The villa comprises a main house (140m²) and a self-contained guest house (35m²), together accommodating up to 7 guests. Four kilometres from the port and close to some of Serifos' finest beaches — Kalo Ampeli, Vagia, and Ganema — Daisies positions you perfectly between solitude and island life.

The first thing you see as you walk through the front door is the sea — the entire entrance wall is a window to the Aegean. From there, the house unfolds along a single, considered logic: an open-plan kitchen and living/dining room wrapped in sea-facing windows, leading out to a shaded outdoor dining terrace with a wood-fired oven. Further still, a sun-drenched poolside terrace where the 23m² swimming pool meets the horizon. A second veranda off the living room offers a quieter place to settle in at any hour of the day.
The two double bedrooms and bathrooms occupy the left wing of the house — separated and private, with air conditioning and the same characteristic stone-and-timber aesthetic that runs throughout. Wooden ceilings, built-in furniture, and stonework throughout reflect a deep commitment to Cycladic craft rather than decorator convenience.
The guest house mirrors the spirit of the main building with its own setting, designed for privacy and autonomy — ideal for a travelling couple, family members, or close friends who want space of their own.
Cleaning is included three times per week. WiFi is available but intentionally limited — a feature, not a flaw. Pets are not permitted. A valid passport is required at check-in per Greek government regulations.

Location
Daisies sits on the southern coast of Serifos — an island 65 nautical miles from Piraeus, defined by Iron Age mythology, Cycladic architecture, and coastline that remains among the least commercialised in the Aegean. The beaches of Kalo Ampeli, Vagia, and Ganema are all within close reach. The port of Livadi, with its restaurants, shops, and ferry connections, is four kilometres away.
The property's southern orientation means sun across the full arc of the day and prevailing sea breezes that make even peak summer feel manageable.
